Here's why: a $19,000 All-on-4 quote often only covers the surgery and the temporary teeth. The final teeth, the materials, the bite work, and the follow-up reviews can be charged later. By the time you have added everything, the 'cheap' quote can become more expensive than a transparent one, and you have already started treatment.

Why are All-on-4 quotes so different across Sydney?
The biggest reasons are materials and what's actually included. A quote under $20k often only includes Stage 1, the surgery and temporary teeth. The final zirconia or reinforced teeth, the laboratory work, and the bite refinement can be priced separately. Always ask: does the quote take me all the way to the final teeth?
What does a complete All-on-4 plan cost in Sydney?
For one arch, complete plans typically run from around $25,000 to $45,000+ depending on the final material (acrylic, reinforced acrylic, or zirconia), implant count (All-on-4 vs All-on-6), and any preparatory work. Both arches typically run from $50,000 to $90,000+ when done as a complete plan.
Is All-on-4 right for everyone?
No. It depends on your bone, your bite, the condition of remaining teeth, your medical history, and your goals. We'll tell you if a different pathway, separate implants, an implant bridge, or staged care, suits your case better.
Will I get teeth on the day of surgery?
In many cases, yes, temporary teeth go in at the same appointment. The final teeth come later, after healing, in the material agreed upfront.
How long does All-on-4 last?
The implants themselves can last decades when planned well and maintained. The final teeth may need refurbishing or replacement over time depending on the material. We'll explain expected lifespan and maintenance at the consultation.
