Full-arch implants are a one-time decision you'll live with for decades. Start with a free implant consultation, we'll explain what All-on-4 actually involves, what your case needs, and what a complete quote should look like before you compare prices.
Takes about two minutes. Personal reply within one business day.
Here's why: a $19,000 All-on-4 quote often only covers the surgery and the temporary teeth. The final teeth, the materials, the bite work, and the follow-up reviews can be charged later. By the time you have added everything, the 'cheap' quote can become more expensive than a transparent one, and you have already started treatment.
We are a small boutique practice that gives you the full picture upfront. Free consultation with Dr Choi, CBCT scans where needed, and a written plan that includes both temporary and final teeth, the materials we'd use, and the total cost.
All-on-4 is not a quick fix. Done well, it gives you teeth that work like your own, comfortable, stable, and aesthetic. Done badly, it gives you something that looks fine at month one and feels wrong by year five. The difference comes from the planning, the materials, and the dentist's time.

A staged or single-visit pathway, depending on what your case clinically needs.

Full-arch cases are some of the most life-changing dentistry we do, and they need to last decades. I plan every All-on-4 case personally and use materials I would choose for my own family. If you'd be better off with a different pathway, I'll say so.
Plain answers to the questions patients ask before they compare quotes.
The biggest reasons are materials and what's actually included. A quote under $20k often only includes Stage 1, the surgery and temporary teeth. The final zirconia or reinforced teeth, the laboratory work, and the bite refinement can be priced separately. Always ask: does the quote take me all the way to the final teeth?
For one arch, complete plans typically run from around $25,000 to $45,000+ depending on the final material (acrylic, reinforced acrylic, or zirconia), implant count (All-on-4 vs All-on-6), and any preparatory work. Both arches typically run from $50,000 to $90,000+ when done as a complete plan.
No. It depends on your bone, your bite, the condition of remaining teeth, your medical history, and your goals. We'll tell you if a different pathway, separate implants, an implant bridge, or staged care, suits your case better.
In many cases, yes, temporary teeth go in at the same appointment. The final teeth come later, after healing, in the material agreed upfront.
The implants themselves can last decades when planned well and maintained. The final teeth may need refurbishing or replacement over time depending on the material. We'll explain expected lifespan and maintenance at the consultation.
